Birthdays: Whilst at JustSo you will never have to work on your birthday, this doesn’t alter your standard allowance.

Christmas & New Year: The office closes over Christmas & New Year, this doesn’t alter your standard allowance.

Flexi-time: JustSo operates flexible working hours starting between 8-10am.

Travel loans: It works out a lot cheaper for you if you buy an annual season ticket, but it is a lot of money to pay out at once. JustSo can pay and you can pay us back every month. Let HR know if you want to take part in this scheme.

Bike to work: Cycling is a great way of getting to work but buying a bike can be expensive. JustSo can get you a tax free bicycle that you can repay monthly to the company. Let HR know if you would like to take part in this scheme.

Childcare Vouchers: If you need extra help with childcare JustSo can provide tax free vouchers that can be paid back to the company on a monthly basis. Please let HR know if you would like to take part in this scheme.

Lifeworks: Everyone at JustSo has access to up to 6 face to face counselling sessions.

Summer Fridays: During the summer holidays JustSo finishes up at 3pm on Fridays.

Socials: We have regular social events at JustSo: Weekly breakfasts together, Regular drinks and team lunches, big bi-annual parties, Fishbowl Thursdays (Monthly lunch outings) and more.

JustSo Library: Everyone at JustSo has a £50 allowance per year to spend on books for the shared JustSo Library.
