Kaizen
Our IT support company are called Kaizen.
Please log a ticket with them by emailing helpdesk@kaizenit.co.uk if you have any IT queries.
We use Google for more or less everything: email, calendars, file storage and documents (g-doc, g-sheets and g-slides). Hannah is the admin on our Workspace account so let her know if you have any Google related problems or questions.
Other Doc Platforms
We do not use other Apple docs or Microsoft Office - any MS docs can usually be opened / converted with the google apps. If you’re having trouble, and need Microsoft Office to access or convert a doc, speak to Hannah.
Bluebell
This is the company that monitors our network through Mary Ward House.
We don’t deal directly with them, so if there’s a problem, please report to Hannah and she will alert MWH.
Printer
This lives in the Work Room. For instructions on how to get set up if you aren’t already, read this.
WFH Equipment
Any problems with your laptop or if you have IT requests (laptop stands, monitors, mice, keyboards etc) please speak to Hannah.
